Is a joint venture between Kulthorn Group of Companies and Universal Electric Co.,Ltd of United States of America since 1987. With the technical support from Universal Electric Co.,Ltd., our company is one of the most modern motor factory in Asia.

The license agreement was expried in April 2000 and thus Kulthorn Universal Electric Co.,Ltd. become the Thai company in the year of April 15,2000 after MagneTek sold its shares in Kulthorn Universal Electric Co.,Ltd. to Kulthorn International Co.,Ltd.
